  • Registration Fees and Information
    1. The SEAT 2015 Organiser has the absolute discretion to determine the eligibility of a registrant to register 
    for the conference. In case of any participant’s misconduct, abuse or submission of any inaccurate or falsified 
    particulars, the organiser reserves the right to disqualify the registration.

    2. Registration will close on March 31, 2015.

    3. Confirmation of registration will be issued upon receipt of full payment.

    4. The organiser reserves the right to alter the programme, topics, and dates of event without prior notification to delegates.
    Liability and Disclaimer
    The registered delegate acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge any claim against SEAT 2015 
    Organiser should the Event be hindered or prevented to take place by any unexpected political, economic 
    or pandemic events, or generally by force majeure, or by the non-appearance of scheduled programme 
    changes. With registration, the delegate accepts this provision.

    Insurance
    The registered delegate is advised to engage his/her own travel insurance and to extend the policy
     to cover personal possessions as the SEAT 2015 Organiser does not cover individuals against cancellation 
    of bookings, theft, or damage to the personal belongings.

    Cancellation and Substitution Policy
    Requests for cancellation and/or transfer of passes must be made in writing to SEAT before May 31st, 2015.
     Refunds for cancellation will be subjected to 15% administrative charge, which will be borne by the registrant. 
    Bank charges levied during transactions will be borne by the registrant. Requests for cancellation and/or 
    transfer of passes will not be entertained after June 1, 2015 The organiser reserve the right to cancel or 
    alter the content and timing of the programme. In the event that the conference is cancelled by the organisers,
    the registration fee (less bank charges) will be refunded. Registration will be confirmed only 
    upon receipt of full payment.
